Why do you most want to learn about sourdough from Wardeh?

  1. Kristin Gideon says

Ahhh I have been wanting to sign up for this sourdough class FOREVER, but it just hasn't been in the budget. What a great giveaway! Honestly, every lesson excites me haha, but if I had to choose one, it would be the muffin lesson, because my 2-year-old is obsessed with muffins! :)

  2. Sara E says

That would be wonderful to have such a source of knowledge at my fingertips! The bisquick substitute would be great to have!

  3. mommakeene says

My mil has a sourdough recipe that she feeds potato flakes. It just seems wrong to me to use something that is definitely not a whole food to obtain a healthy result. I have wanted to take to sourdough course for over a year now but just haven't been able to make it happen. I am very interested in the no kneed lesson- with four kiddos in the house, faster is better! Thanks for the chance!

  4. says

heh…actually, the very first lesson is the one I probably need the most. I've successfully started a starter several times now – it's the maintenance that I struggle with.

Thanks for the chance to win!

  5. says

Thank you for this giveaway! It would be wonderful to win this membership! I have been experimenting with sourdough starters for a while and just can't get it right. I have had some health issues and know this would be so beneficial to my family. I especially want to learn about breads, English muffins an doughnuts!

  6. says

I would love to win this! :) I use sourdough, and am always looking for more options for recipes, and this would be fantastic. Most, I'd love to see the different techniques that Wardeh and her co-teachers use. I'm also very interested in more of her recipes. I'm making a sourdough chocolate cake (cupcakes) today!

    :) Thanks!

  7. charity says

I would love to win this because Wardeh is such a wealth of information!! I am relatively new to the real foods movement and my skills (especially with sourdough) need a little help. The lesson I am most interested in would be the sandwich bread sourdough lesson. I can't get a light fluffy loaf to save my life. Thanks!!

  8. Hannah says

I would love to win this e-course mainly because my two year old son has had severe digestive issues for the last several months and I'd like to learn more about proper preparation of grains. Also my husband has digestive problems that I think would be greatly helped by eating sourdough instead of yucky processed "bread". Lesson 6, the one that covers sandwich breads, is particularly interesting to me. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  9. Ashley says

I would like to learn more about sourdough in general, but in particular Lesson 1 looks interesting because I'd like to learn more about gluten-free sourdough.

  10. says

Crackers, spelt and tortilla chips! (Had to write that down before I forgot.) Those are three areas I have no experience and would like to learn more. I want to protect my children's intestines (one has Crohn's) by doing more with sourdough. We currently only do bread and sometimes pancakes with our starter (Stuart). Thanks for a fantastic and very useful giveaway!

  11. Heather says

I have always wanted to make good sourdough bread but I have failed after several attempts. This course looks awesome. I would also love to try the donuts or crepes!

  12. alison says

I want to win because I totally failed at making a sourdough starter. And i love making cinnamon rolis so that would be a fun lesson

  13. Raven says

I love the gnowfglins website! I have had a sourdough starter since August and have been learning what to do with it via the internet and trial and error. An ecourse dedicated to it would make such a difference! I hear she has fabulous recipes too.

  14. Judi says

I would love to know how to start a sourdough culture and keep it going! I have purchased them, been given them, and I ALWAYS kill them/forget about them/don't know what to do with them while they ARE alive! I would also love to make English muffins. Thanks for this chance to find these things out for free!

  15. Megan says

I've mastered a few sourdough food items, but by no means am I a pro, and I have so much yet to learn! I would love to really master cinnamon rolls. I keep trying and bombing on them! And cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite comfort foods that I would love to be able to serve to company in the sourdough version… but I can't when I keep making hockey pucks. 😉

  16. Charlene Dallo says

I would like to be entered in this drawing for two months free membership! My husband and I are brand new to this journey in eating better. We've just eliminated refined sugar and flour, and now we have eliminated gluten so I am definitely interested in what I can learn from this site, especially the lesson "Starting a Starter, Caring for a Starter, and Gluten-Free Sourdough." This would help my family a lot!

  17. Pat Bourret says

I am 61 years old and have started eating healthy a few months ago. Everyday I am learning something new and I am so excited to learn and try all the new adventurous recipes that I have come into contact with. The one that I really want to learn is about Sourdough Bread, but what I have found more intriguing is I can even make desserts from this. Making English Muffins–now that is the cat's meow as my husband loves Egg McMuffins (which we make at home) and I would love to learn how to make these English muffins and not buy them in the in the store. With all our family functions, I want to be able to cook healthy for them and still enjoy the taste of good healthy food. A lot of people think eating healthy is not tasty, but I am finding it can be delicious. It looks difficult, but once I know what I learn, I can pass this down to my 3 girls who have families of their own. Thank you so much for offering this. I love your blog and thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and knowlege.

  18. says

I want to figure out if I can keep a sourdough starter that I don't use much. I really want to make my own bread and other products, but we don't eat much of as a family of three. I want to bake only a few times a month. My previous attempts with a starter have resulted in a less than wonderful flavor for having let it sit too long.

  19. Jenni says

I would really love to learn more about sourdough because I've heard such great things but have no idea where to start! The course I would look most forward to is pizza, because my husband still doesn't believe that a real food diet could contain pizza. He'll be thrilled!

  20. Traci says

I would love to win this so I can understand how to keep the starter alive and then turn it into something eatable!! I have wanted to try homemade sourdough, but can't get it started. If I had to choose one lesson it would be Lesson 1, give me the basics to get started.

  21. Heidi says

I've done part of one of her courses and loved it! And since then, I've been particularly interested in her sourdough course….most of all, I want to incorporate sourdough'ing into the foods I already cook!

  22. Vanessa says

I am currently on the GAPs diet but looking to transition off it soon and so really want to know how to make sourdough so I can eat bread again! I had a brief try at sourdough before I started GAPS and it didnt work out, and I havent had the brain space while doing GAPS to try again as there is soooo much else to learn on GAPS. Plus my husband LOVES sourdough so I want to be able to make it for him, even if I take a bit longer to come off GAPS. I especially really want to be able to make a sourdough pizza crust! Really been craving pizza whilst on GAPS!

  23. Traci Shafer says

i have tried making sourdough in the past without any success…therefore, I am most interested in learning to care for the starter and the beginning procedures of making bread. My daughter just introduced me to your site along with some starter, so I am ready to begin :) !!!

  24. Reagan says

I would love to learn all about sourdough!! I've tried it and there is definitely a learning curve!! I'm most excited about the pizza lesson!!

  25. Marcella F says

I would love to win the sourdough course. I listened to Wardeh's free sourdough webinar a few weeks ago and was inspired by her passion for this. I bought the book "Sourdough from A to Z" and I'm in the process of starting my own sourdough starter, but I've been having some difficulty. It would be great to have access to some troubleshooting ideas.

    Thanks you for this opportunity!

  26. Jessica says

I would love to win this ecourse because my sourdough experience has been…..well, less than stellar. I love Wardeh's webinars and videos!

  27. Cheri says

I would love to win this because I am newly trying to make changes to my families lives. I have found Gnowfglins a few weeks ago and am loving everything she has. I would really like the fundamentals and sourdough classes.

  28. Libby says

I really want to learn to make a decent sourdough bread–it seems so trivial but it's evaded me thus far. My husband loves sourdough bread, he got a starter off a friend (it's been in the friend's family for over 100 years!) and all I get is a REALLY dense, dry brick! I clearly need some help. :)

  29. says

I would love to have the bisquick sourdough recipe…since I know so many who use it, and would love to have them try a healthier version!

Thank you for a wonderful giveaway!

  30. Sarah DJ says

I've dabbled in sourdough, but ended up letting my starter die…(his name was Marvin). I just couldn't get a good bread recipe. Made some excellent waffles and muffins though. I would love to learn what lesson 13 holds – the honey wheat bread!

  31. Heather says

I'd love to win because my 4-month baby seems to have food allergies – and I'd love to have better health before the next one comes along to better protect him/her from the same problems! I'm starting to dig deeper into WAPF principles and I'm also considering GAPS. The lessons on cakes is particularly interesting since I have a strong sweet tooth! Sourdough cakes would be a great way for me to ease into a lifestyle with healthier desserts. Thanks!

  32. E Nolt says

I am wanting to get started with sourdough after the holidays. I'm really interested in all the courses but the English muffin one for sure.

  33. Amanda says

The whole course would be very interesting! The first lesson would be probably the most useful being the basics. Of course since my husband is Mexican, we use a lot of tortillas so we desperately need that lesson too! My husband has some digestion issues which we are still trying to pinpoint the exact cause of. I need some options to try out! Thank you!

  34. Beth says

I would love to learn more about sourdough. I am so intimidated by it. It seems like the best way to prepare grains, but I need a little kick in the pants. This would be the perfect kick! I've heard great things in the blogosphere about her sourdough chocolate cake–I'd love to try that.

  35. michelle says

I would love to win this. It would be a real blessing because I have a gluten sensitivity and I have been ready that sourdough can help with predigesting the gluten. I am really interested to learn how to use sourdough in sweets and crackers. Also I would love to learn how to make sourdough bread that is not so sour. Thank you for offering the giveaway.
