when we make waffles we use fresh strawberries, and cook them with a bit of water…..a little tart, but wonderful!!
Sounds delicious! Where do you buy your sprouted flour or do you make it yourself? Also I've been on the hunt for years for a healthy cast-iron waffle maker that makes thick fluffy waffles! What do you use?

I sprout my own. Here's how I do it: http://www.modernalternativemama.com/blog/2010/7/6/tutorial-sprouting-grains.html. I have just a standard waffle maker, unsure what it is (not cast iron though) but I imagine it would work on any waffle maker. Let us know if you try it!
