Friday, 1/13

Breakfast – Belgian waffles, bacon, smoothies

Lunch – Beef or bean burritos or quesadillas

Dinner – Mahi-Mahi in dill butter sauce with creamy potato chunks and roasted brussels sprouts

 

Saturday, 1/14

Breakfast – Almond flour cake

Lunch – Burgers and fries

Dinner – Beef barley soup, sourdough boule

 

Sunday, 1/15

Breakfast – Sourdough pancakes

Lunch – Grilled, marinated steaks; rice pilaf

Dinner – Meatloaf*, mashed potatoes

 

Monday, 1/16

Breakfast – Sausage and eggs, smoothies

Lunch – Beef barley soup, sourdough, peaches

Dinner – Stuffed peppers

 

Tuesday, 1/17

Breakfast – Sausage and eggs, smoothies

Lunch – Philly steak sandwich, broccoli and cheese sauce, peaches

Dinner – Mexican rice

 

Wednesday, 1/18

Breakfast – Sourdough pancakes, smoothies

Lunch – Philly steak sandwich, broccoli and cheese sauce, applesauce

Dinner – Meatball soup, sourdough

 

Thursday, 1/19

Breakfast – Sourdough pancakes, smoothies

Lunch – Baked potatoes w/broccoli and cheese sauce, chili

Dinner – Chili
