hen I was faced with the necessity of cutting grains out of my diet recently, I had to become more creative in what I cooked. This recipe was born of necessity. If you’re not grain-free, you could serve it with some pasta as a sauce. If you are, it’s great just by itself.
I made this for dinner this week and it was yummy! So I thought I’d share with you. It’s also a GREAT real food recipe. Lots of pastured eggs, grass-fed beef, whole grain flour, raw milk cheese (if you want; we still can’t do dairy).
